Duck Breast with Mixed Berry Sauce
低温慢煮过后的鸭胸，再把表皮煎到干干脆脆，配上秋天的蘑菇和自制的混合莓果酱，可分享也可以自己炫一盘！经典搭配当然是勃艮第的黑皮诺，但不妨试一下意大利的巴贝拉呢？！
The duck breast has been slow-cooked at a low temperature, and the skin is fried until it is dry and crispy. It is served with autumn mushrooms and homemade mixed berry sauce. It can be shared or just go for it and have it all by yourself! The classic pairing is of course Burgundy Pinot Noir, but why not try an Italian Barbera? !

Sichuan Flavor Roasted Pork
软糯的猪颈肉是贴秋膘的一把好手，用四川酱肉的方法腌制，低温慢煮后再烤到表面油滋滋，一样要配上我们的辣椒干碟，推荐搭配一个高酸的白葡萄酒或浓郁的红酒。
Tender and tasty pork is always a good choice for autumn. It is marinated using the Sichuan bacon sauce , slow-cooked at low temperature and then grilled. It also comes with our spicy dip. We recommend pairing it with a refreshing white or a rich red wine.
